The company’s main task was for us to re-work and update the design of the "Radymo" product line, that is mainly packed in soft plastic bags. Firstly, we were to increase brand recognition, while preserving the existing characteristic design elements. We also needed to perfect the corporate character illustration and trademark logo. In general, the design was expected to be engaging, understandable, and, most importantly, recognizable.
After a thorough analysis of the existing "Radymo" packaging design, and that of their competitors, we realized that the most recognizable design element setting the company apart from others were the stripes. For better brand recognition we increased the number of stripes on the package, rearranged them, and made them into the main graphic design element. To draw greater attention to the brand we placed the logo onto a panel at the top and bottom of the front of the package. For the text, we used easily readable fonts and a simple layout arranged in the form of a table. As a result, we have a clear and recognizable packaging design that stands out among the competition, and results in good sales performance.
